Fire Damaged Tea Cup Set

During the Fire Restoration Continuing Education Course hosted at SERVPRO of West Kirkwood/Sunset Hills, one of our long time employees showed the effectiveness of using our Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine.

The secret of Ultrasonic Cleaning is cavitation. Cavitation is the repeated formation and immediate collapse of millions of microscopic bubbles in a liquid medium. These bubbles form over the entire surface of an object and penetrate into every niche and crevice.

With Ultrasonic Cleaning no scrubbing or abrasive chemicals are necessary. Objects are submersed in a specially formulated solution. Sound waves pass through the solution and lift away soot, smoke and odor. This process is much more efficient and effective than any other know means.
